A sustainable work life

Welcome to a UBI House breakfast & seminar in conference room "Skogen", where you can participate in a yoga session and subsequent seminar, led by Moa Westman, who runs Mowes in Norrland.

During yoga class, you'll get essential movements for your office body. We'll focus on both movement and recovery, two key factors for a more enjoyable work life.  Movement provides much-needed breaks and breaks up the sedentary lifestyle, while recovery helps to clear the mind.

Yoga is suitable for all people - especially those who feel stiff. Bring soft clothes that you can move in (and if you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you).

After the yoga class, we offer you breakfast (no cost) and a seminar that highlights the importance of self-care, as you are your company's most valuable asset. 

By creating a sustainable work structure, you can increase your productivity while maintaining your energy for meaningful leisure activities.

Content of the seminar:
• Why recovery contributes to increased well-being and performance.
• Methods for creating recovery during the working day.
• The importance of movement breaks for the brain and the body's durability.

Moa Westman
Mowes in Norrland

The seminar and yoga is led by Moa Westman, who runs Mowes in Norrland.

Moa has a solid background in leadership and organization with a behavioral science perspective and extensive experience in the health industry where she has worked as a trainer, lecturer, and leader. 

Issues close to her heart are how we create health-promoting habits, lifestyle improvements, and recovery.
